CEREMONY
16. Where is the ceremony taking place, and describe the setting of the ceremony? (in a Church or chapel, Outdoors at the venue etc.)
17. What do you envision for your ceremony feature? (An arch, mass arrangements, a floor installation etc.)
18. Do you need us to provide the ceremony structure? (arch or plinths? We usually recommend sourcing the structures from your lighting/furniture company as it saves on travel costs from our side. We are happy to look at the catalogues of your supplier and make suggestions of which structure to use.)
19. Do you have a preference for confetti other than rose petals? Rose petals are the most cost effective option and they are biodegradable.
20. Do you have any other requirements for the ceremony, such as isle posies, isle floor arrangements, isle entrance flowers etc.?
RECEPTION
21. What are the shapes of your tables? (Round or rectangle or mixed)
22. How many individual tables are you likely to have? (Please note that industry standard tables can usually seat 8 – 10 people depending on your floorplan)
23. What do you envision for floral and decor elements on your tables? (bowl arrangements, bud vases, dinner candles, pillar candles etc)
24. Do you have a separate bridal table? If so, do you wish to have something different for the bridal table?
25. Do you have any other requests regarding floral and decor elements? (eg. Pre-drinks flowers, welcome sign etc.)
